Scott,
At risk of sounding like many of the previous letters of commendation; I just wanted to thank you and your crew once again. As many others have attested to, the entire process was smooth and reassuring. It was wonderful to work with you during our initial meeting, with Doug during the templating and with Zach and Tim throughout the install.
The product, craftsmanship and obvious pursuit of perfection is evident in every step of the process.
Today, I feel it is often difficult to find people that are as relentless as you and your team are in approaching your craft, leaving no detail unchecked and certainly "cutting corners" is not in your vernacular. Our young family looks forward to sharing many memories over our new kitchen counters and breakfast bar!
Sincerely Impressed in Flemington,
Karl & Caryn

Scott,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your whole crew for our fabulous counters. It was a true pleasure to work with you. You all treated our project with the utmost of professionalism. And, most importantly, our countertops look (and feel) better than I even imagined they would. I keep saying that I can't believe I get to keep them. You are all true experts in your field and it shows in your work.
Thanks so much,
Julie

Thanks for everything... Our soapstone countertops, with their unique graining characteristics, beaded back splash and the "Acorn" carving over our sink, all came out even better than we had expected. Installation was timely and efficient. Everyone we met from Doug in your showroom (who also did our on site measuring) to Dave and his partner who did the installation was courteous, helpful and willing to answer any questions we had. Doug was especially helpful throughout the entire project, assisting us with choosing the absolute best slab you had, willing to listen, sensitive to our concerns and flexible to our schedules with respect to plumbing material delivery and installation dates.
Thanks again, Keep up the good work.

Scott--
Bill and I have finally had time to appreciate our beautiful new soapstone counter and sink. We can't begin to tell you how much we love it and appreciate the professionalism of your entire team as we have worked through this project.
As we discussed in our first real conversation with you back in, I think, February, it is truly difficult to find businesses today that take pride in their product and deliver 100% on the service they promise. Bucks County Soapstone is one of the rare ones indeed!
We thank you and all involved in this, what I'm sure was a "small potatoes" potatoes, project. Even the minor mishap on installation day was handled in a manner well beyond our expectations (we KNOW how far it is from Westmont to Perkasie!)
We'll be in contact soon for one additional piece--to hold a stove top on a cabinet Bill is still planning.
Please feel free to refer anyone to us who may want information about the quality of your work or the great care with which you treat your "clients."

Hi Scott,
You have done an amazing job building your business and I was blown away by the whole experience as was my client. You and I have been doing this for a while and it's great to see that your level of passion is still the same as when we met over 20 years ago. Good luck and continued success.

We just had our countertops installed yesterday and they are awesome!! I think we had contact with almost everyone in the company at one point or another , everyone was great. They worked out every detail and took as much time as we needed. We had an unusual shaped island and it turned out perfectly, just the way we pictured it. On installation day, we had a few glitches, but the guys worked them out and they didn't leave until the countertops were perfect. It was a great experience working with all of you. You were fast (1 week from templating to installation), you worked through our budget issues, you were friendly and professional, the best.Your not just fabricators-your artists!!
Thanks again!!

Our counters and sink are absolutely exquisite. We couldn't be happier. Everyone we had contact with in the course of this project was very professional and fun. Every effort was made by all to make sure we got what we wanted...That kind of care and service is a rarity and oh so appreciated when encountered.
Scott, your vision and got us going and your guidance got us through it, with pleasantness and professionalism, in spite of intense demands on your time.
Doug, your care in templating made it fit like a glove. Your creative eye gave us a masterpiece.
Dave, your humor and care in installation made our big day so rewarding. Zach, thanks for all the "love" you gave the edges of the counters.
What a team...what a great experience we have had.
Thank you again,
Kristyn and Jack M.

Scott,
I thought I would share some pictures with you of our completed kitchen project. Sorry for the delay in sending them to you but we got caught up with enjoying the kitchen this summer! I can’t begin to tell you how pleased we are with the soapstone counters, sills and sink. Doug did a terrific job with the measurements and David with the installation. The Franklin edge finish is the perfect touch and makes the counters look like they have been there as long as the house (181 years).
Please do not hesitate to use us as a referral. We wish we could use you again but we have run out of projects. Have a great holiday.
Regards,
Bruce

Dear Scott,
Firstly, I wanted to say that yesterday's visit from Doug was, well, flawless. He arrived on time. After getting up at the crack of dawn, or actually before, he drove in the rain and the dark and still managed to get here on time. He was cordial, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. After three months of renovation, we no longer take such attributes for granted. And he had the absolute coolest machine with him that has ever graced our kitchen and probably ever will. To a certain generation, and that would be us, it was what used to be called 'space age' in appearance and was tremendously impressive, as was his fluency with it. The word that comes most to mind about Doug's visit is 'confidence.' Another rarity. Never once were we concerned that he wasn't giving us excellent advice. Unlike most individuals who have something to sell, he actually told us he thought it would be better not to include backsplashes if we only wanted them a certain height as they would end up looking like little boxes on top of the counter. So, all in all, we were extremely impressed. He didn't even want a cup of coffee, which we would have gladly provided.
Many thanks,
Christina C.
Dear Scott,
David and Zack left a while ago and we hope they have a safe and swift (well, perhaps not too swift) drive back to Bucks County. To say that we're pleased would be an understatement. When the Bucks County Soapstone truck arrived on time this morning in the midst of the first snowfall of the year, I was put in mind of the inscription found on many early 20th century US Post Office buildings, which was in turn taken from the writings of Herodotus of the 5th century B.C., describing the expedition of the Greeks against the Persians:
Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night
stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.
With a minimum of fanfare, the perfectly cut slabs were unloaded and put in place as if they were pieces in some long-distance and giant jigsaw puzzle. They fit like the proverbial glove. David and Zack took great care with the slabs and the seams are virtually invisible. Please thank Doug on our behalf for his superb work. The counters look positively wonderful, and transform the space, even with the duct-taped contractor's paper still in place on the floor! There is something timeless about soapstone - the counter tops now look as if they've always been there. Santa Rita rocks, literally and figuratively.
Many thanks to you all for bringing our kitchen to life with such talent and professionalism. It's been a pleasure.
With best wishes to you all for a wonderful Christmas and healthy and successful New Year.
Christina
